RugsPlanet ships its packages with UPS ground service.
Shipping to the contiguous United States is FREE for all area rugs and pads. We do not, however, ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or the Caribbean Islands.
The UPS service map below is an approximation of the time that it takes to receive your rug once it has shipped. Orders typically take 12 to 14 business days to be processed before they are shipped. Please use the map as a general guide only. Tracking numbers will be sent via email for more accurate delivery times.

We stand behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. For your security we recommend that packages be sent with a carrier that can insure the package.
Please note: Unless the item is defective, you are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept items that have been damaged or soiled.
Items returned without a RA# will be refused at the warehouse and sent back to the sender.
